All products offered are luxury items, many of which are one-of-a-kind or limited availability.

We strive to display products as accurately as possible; however:

  • Measurements are approximate; clients are encouraged to contact us for exact measurements
  • Most coats are one of one
  • Interior linings, construction details, and finishes may vary between pieces
  • Natural fur variations in texture, density, and color are expected and are not defects

4. Pricing, Currency & Payments

  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • Currency conversion may be displayed automatically by Shopify for convenience
  • Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion or international transaction fees
  • Payment is captured at checkout

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

5. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

  • No refunds will be issued if an item is blocked or seized due to local laws

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients must contact us directly at contact@patflesher.com before initiating any chargeback.

Abuse of chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Permanent refusal of future service

  • Improper care, storage, or exposure voids responsibility

All luxury items are subject to professional inspection. Inspection decisions are final.

FUR & MATERIAL DISCLOSURE

Some products sold by Pat Flesher Luxury Outerwear contain real animal fur.

  • Fur species vary by item and are disclosed on individual product pages where applicable
  • Clients are responsible for verifying legality in their jurisdiction
  • We are not responsible for customs seizures, delays, or refusals
